Port Ghalib hosted the Polish Press Club’s 10th
annual meeting, held from 18 to 25 September 2018, featuring the 60 journalists
representing the Polish newspapers, radio and TV news channels, at The Palace
Port Ghalib hotel. The meeting was sponsored by the Red Sea Hotels Group, in
cooperation with ETI Tour Operator.
The General. Ahmed Abdallah, Governor of the Red Sea attended this meeting as a kind of governmental support in boosting the tourism sector. General Abdallah made a welcoming speech to thank the attendees for choosing Marsa Alam and the Red Sea for this important celebration.
The Governor, also, asked the polish media representatives to deliver their real experience during their stay at the Red Sea, and the unique potentials, security, safety and quality of services to the polish audiences.
Mr. Jarosław Włodarczyk, the President of the European Press Club Federation and the head of the Polish Press Club thanked Mr. Abdallah and all the sponsors for hosting the event and for the great hospitality and outstanding offered quality of services.
The Polish market starts to become a rising market as for the Marsa Alam International Airport's traffic reports, where the first 8 months of 2018 faced a 62% increase in the traffic flow compared to year 2017.
The Polish Press Club was established in Warsaw on 2008 on the initiative presented from the Polish journalists, and now became one of the most reputable platform in organizing the ethics and professionalism of the polish press.
