The International Convention Center is managed by Red Sea Hotels and Situated just minutes from Marsa Alam International Airport and several luxury hotels, Port Ghalib International Convention Center is the only multipurpose, state-of-the-art facility of its size in the Red Sea region.

It offers a meeting space of 1950 m2 and can accommodate up to 2,000 delegates for a full-scale convention. Its flexibility, through innovative design, soundproofing, and division, allows accommodating a diversity of events simultaneously. In addition, there are 18 breakout rooms and four dignitary rooms with a separate dignitary entrance, all equipped with the most up to date audiovisual equipment and VIP facilities.

Port Ghalib Hospital is a clinical short-stay multidisciplinary that has 10 rooms and is equipped to assure the comfort and wellness of the patients. The hospital features chirurgical beds, surgical intensive care beds, square ambulatory surgery, and a functional unit of cardiac rehabilitation in addition to general surgical wards.

With eight departments and outpatient clinics specialized in Cardiology, Dental, Dermatology, E.N.T., endocrinology, and gastroenterology, no medical emergency will stand as a problem.

• By sea - via the Port Ghalib International Marina on the South Red Sea Coast. Pick your ride and enjoy a sunny trip accompanied by the cool breeze of the sea.
• By road - via Luxor and Edfu in the Nile Valley to the West (3 hours), and to the North, Quseir, (1 hour), Hurghada (2 hours), and Cairo (6 hours).

Within the City:
• Shuttle bus and Coco Trans: We have shuttle busses to move you around the city around the clock. A quicker option may be the Coco Trans (golf car) that is both quick and convenient.
• Water Taxi: A faster and more enjoyable transportation in the water is our available taxi boat.

Certified language school offers classes up to 6th grade

Port Ghalib Language School made its place firmly on the map of Marsa Alam. The
school opened last year with a few students but a lot of heart. It all started with a big
dream and a lot of enthusiasm. Through all the hard work a school was born.
Port Ghalib Language School is a certified language school. It is an Elementary school, looking to add grades yearly as the school grows.
Their main objective is to offer an international language education level with
affordable price.

School buses are available from Marsa Alam and from Qusair to the school. Working
hours are from 8:15 am till 2:45 pm. For extracurricular activities, there are many
such as music lessons and PE, as well as, 2 field trips outside of school.
English is the main language of study and French is the second language. They
follow the British system in their curriculum. The teachers are trained and
professionals. It is a school that has the potential to take its place among the best
schools with time.
