The Danish Embassy in Egypt has called her residents to visit Egypt by publishing a post over her official Facebook page entitled “Best Value for Money – Come to Egypt”. The Post contained a review done by Lonely Planet Travel guide for the best places to go in 2019, which was picked by in-the-known travel pros.

Egypt was on the top ten list of places made for affordable adventure. Lonely Planet selected the southern Nile valley as the best value destination to be visited in 2019. The selection came for its incomparable historical places all along the valley sides, from Luxor to Aswan, and its affordable accessibility.

Lonely Planet highlighted some sightseeing places, not to be missed during the journey, as Karnak Temple, Temple of Amun-Ra, Avenue of the Sphinx, Luxor Temple, Valley of the kings, Temple of Horus, Philae, Temples at Esna, Edfu and Kom Ombo, Abu Simbel and many other world-class ancient sites, where you can have some great unforgettable adventures, with a small budget.

Meanwhile, Denmark announced that they lifted up the travelling warnings to Egypt in a statement done by the Danish embassy in February 2019 stating that Denmark is no longer warning its nationals of travelling to major touristic destinations in Egypt including Cairo, Alexandria, the Red Sea, Luxor, Aswan and South Sinai.
