In a
new precedent, Marsa Alam international airport hosted a reception for the
Dutch billionaire Aco Wallaard and his wife, to celebrate their 40th wedding
anniversary, surrounded by his family and friends, as a part of his five-days’
journey to Marsa Alam.
Marsa
Alam International Airport was keen to share the Dutch billionaire and his wife
their celebrations.
General
Hany Okab, the Chairman of EMAK Marsa Alam Airport company, declared that
the policy of Marsa Alam international airport is welcoming all the events
which support tourism in Marsa Alam area through the facilitation of all the
procedures needed for the event to appear in the best way possible.
The
ceremony started upon the arrival of his private Airbus 321 plane with total
number of 121 passenger of their invitees.
The
passengers were greeted with flowers from the moment of arrival. Also, a
folklore ensemble presented various shows, including the Egyptian “Tanora” show
in the arrival hall. Some of the couples ’old and memorial pictures were
displayed on the airport’s screens.
According
to Mr. Wallaard’s assertions, that Marsa Alam is considered to be the preferred
and beloved city for him and his family, because it is the most suitable diving
place worldwide.
The
Dutch couple, their family and friends expressed their full satisfaction and
happiness with the warm welcome that they received at the airport from the management
and the employees.
